Memory Rewind

Location: Newberry Crater, Oregon

You must know the feeling of a relaxed morning at camp, basking in the warm sunlight, with likewise warm memories of the previous days out in the wilds. I suddenly saw this pensive expression and light enveloping my good friend and colleage, Bruce. At home, I used the white of the paper and the translucence of watercolor on synthetic paper called Yupo to capture the warm glow on his cheeks and the crinkly goretex jacket.
